◆キャピタルマーケット、ストラクチャードファイナンス、クレジット、エクイティ、不動産ファイナンス、資産運用などの多様な商品や業務の監査計画の作成、および実施を行っているジェネラリストチームに参加していただきます。
◆ローカルおよびグローバルレベルで行われる監査への参加 （年間国外で平均2回の監査）
◆年間25～30の監査の実施
◆フレックスタイム制、月曜日～金曜日 約9～11時間/日
◆年に2回、出張の可能性あり

European securities firm with relaxed corporate environment and strong in fixed-income products.
This is a new role created to cover growing business at Equity Capital Markets Desk.
◆The successful candidate will join a generalist team planning and executing audits covering a wide range of products and functions, including capital markets, structured finance, credit, equities, real estate finance, asset management
◆Participate in audits locally and globally (average of two group audits outside of Japan annually)
◆Conduct 25 to 30 audits annually
◆Flexible hours, Monday to Friday. Approximately 9-11 hours/day.
◆Possiblity of two business trips annually

◆CPAまたは同等の資格がある方は尚可
◆金融サービス業界での監査やリスク部門でのご経験、またはビッグ4会計事務所でのご経歴がある方
◆日本語が母国語で、ビジネスレベルの英語力 （ライティング、会話） がある方
◆キャピタルマーケットのデリバティブ商品におけるリスクや管理の実務知識があることが望ましい
◆日本の規制動向の知識があれば尚可
◆自主的で柔軟性がある方

◆CPA or equivalent a plus
◆Experience in audit or risk function within financial services, or Big 4 accounting firm background
◆Native Japanese with business-level communication in written and spoken English
◆Working knowledge of capital markets derivative product risks and controls preferred
◆Understanding of Japanese regulatory environment a plus
◆Felxible, self-motivated
