◆業務のリスクを査定し、規制リスクやオペレーションリスクの管理機能拡張のため、適切な監査プログラムが実施されていることの監督
◆規制の変更や事業活動への適切な対応
◆動向や今後発生が予測される問題を特定し、管理職と連携しながらの積極的な対応
◆主要な規制機関との継続的な関係の構築と維持。また規制監査時における監査人としての行動。
◆環太平洋地域の10名の内部監査人チームとの連携

This is a new role created to streamline duties and consolidate regulatory and compliance Audit responsibilities.
◆The Regulatory Auditor is a member of the Tokyo audit team
◆Assess the risk of activities and ensure that an appropriately focused program of audit coverage is executed to help enhance the management of regulatory and operational risks
◆Keep abreast of regulatory events and business activity
◆Identify emerging trends and issues, and actively influence and work with management to address them
◆Develop and maintain relationships with key regulators on an on-going basis, and represent Audit during regulatory inspections.
◆Work alongside an internatinoal team of 10 Internal Auditors across the Pacific Rim

◆金融機関にて、内部監査またはコンプライアンスのご経験がある方を募集しております。
◆金融サービス業界にて、規制に関する業務を5年以上ご経験のある方
◆日本語と英語のバイリンガルな方
◆主要な業務や商品 （証券） に関する知識がある方
◆内部統制の概念について、確実に理解されている方。高い分析スキルをお持ちの方。
◆優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人折衝スキルをお持ちの方。複雑で繊細な事項をシニアマネジメントに報告し、対処することができる方。
◆優れた管理能力があり、意欲的で、自ら率先して行動ができ、プレッシャーの元でも仕事を進めることができる方。責任感がある方。

◆The ideal candidate will come from an internal audit or compliance background within the financial industry
◆At least 5 years’ experience in financial services and its regulatory environment
◆Bilingual (Japanese/English)
◆Understanding of the key businesses and products (securities)
◆Solid understanding of internal control concepts and strong analytical skills
◆Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence change
◆Strong management skills, enthusiastic, self motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability
