The Systems Engineer (SE) is an experienced SE who works closely with the direct sales team (Customer Account Manager) to win customers. The Account SE must understand each customer’s business and be able to map the technical requirements to appropriate technical solutions; perform the technical “sell” of the solution and provide proof points of the technology.

1) At least 4 or more years experience in System Engineering in the software industry
2) Background in the support of enterprise or client server software
3) Strong Microsoft Server experience (current MSCE or MSCA advantageous)
4) Multiple platform experience with Linux, Windows, and Unix is ideal
5) Experience with storage, networking and systems management is beneficial
6) Background in scripting or programming a significant plus
Strong self-starter with a proven track record of accomplishment
