The Finance accounting manager will be responsible for all general ledger accounting and reporting for 2 companies of a holdings company.
Reporting to local managers and overseas to the US senior managers. This is a hands on senior management position.

Settlement report based on Japan/US accounting standard
US Gaap Reporting for month/year end closing
Handling of Tax investigation and settlement of tax issues on/off shore
Management of general finance and accounting tasks
Handling of SOX requirements
Handling of Inspection and auditing
Knowledge of US GAAP reporting required
Excellent communications skills required in English and Japanese
