1. Responsible for assisting and supporting Japan Sales&Marketing and/or Services teams as needed to facilitate successful delivery of training to end-users and other stakeholders.
2. Respond to questions and providing enrolment assistance in a timely manner.
3. Ensure quality of training materials and associated documentation.
4. Handle all logistical support and assistance for internal and external trainers.
5. Frequently communicate with trainers and troubleshoot any issues.
6. Manage the enrolment process, training materials production, and on-line surveys as needed.
7. Troubleshoots issues assigned by Field Readiness Manager.
8. Evaluate and prioritize routine and special training-related requests.
