eTraining Strategy
- Implement eTraining Strategy for Japan and ensure attendee targets are met.
- Analyze internal and external marketing of program and ensure Japan eTraining schedule meets needs of our end-users
- Up-skill internal staff to deliver impactful eTraining sessions.

Specialist Management
- Manage a team of Specialists trainers: coach and mentor to enable success performance against targets
- Execute CT team with TMG campaigns, produce periodical reviews of performance and report to Manager.
- Lead Interest Groups, and develop and launch Content Based Training campaigns.
- Train team members to enhance the training skill level so that they can conduct workshops.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meeting and team meeting to review individual and team performance.
- Participate in recruitment and assessment of new candidates
- Establish and maintain high levels of initiative and motivation across all client training teams
- Closely co-operate with the Client Training Manager and, if applicable, with the team of other team leaders, to ensure coherent application of procedures and training delivery across a country/ a region.

- Strong Financial Markets or Training background
- Previous Program leadership experience a plus.
- Advanced managerial experience
- Good knowledge financial markets to enable correct representation of function with other groups and to coach others
- Strong customer focus
- Effectively fluent in English and Japanese languages
