- Implement purchase based on complete OTB budget with target sell-through and carry-forward/bargain/final inventory plans approved by the company.
- Provide distribution plan of seasonal merchandise for each shop.
- Control replenishment of merchandise during selling period.
- Analyze sales/sell-through by product category and from all angles.
- Watch delivery situation and keep reporting it to HQ to avoid delay.
- Conduct competitors’ survey (collections and prices) and report it to HQ.
- Analyze and propose product requirement in Japanese market to HQ.
- Conduct training sessions of new collections for sales clerks.
- Conduct traing sessions of display for sales staff.
- Cowork with Marketing Dept. for Press Presentation, selection of products for DM/catalog of department stores, selection of give-away for special occassions etc.
- Leading watch & children products business in Japanese market

- Over 5 years experience in Men’s merchandising for international fashion firms
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Good knowledge of overall Men’s products
- Presentation skills
- Good ability of anlyzing sales figures and market trend
- High level of computer skills (EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT etc.)
