·Implement strategies for current accounts and new business. Assess and analyze local markets and competition. Analyze customer roadmaps and applications to identify how to best align ASML’s products to customers’ needs. Build additional sales tools to support business & best communicate value proposition.
·Tactical Marketing: Presentations on new & current products. Analyze and present Value of Ownership & Value of Technology for customer specific applications.
·Sales Support: Customize product presentations for customer meetings. Provide technical sales support in customer meetings and accompany sales on technical visits. Update / train Sales organization on new / upcoming products. Participate in account teams.
·Business Support: Maintain & develop value models. Update & communicate enhancements to rest of team on routine basis. Assist sales in maintaining forecasts, challenge unforecasted opportunities, and review overall forecast. Assist in establishing ASML’s premium based on competitive position.
·Infrastructure Marketing Support: Develop relationships with local lithography infrastructure. Analyze local lithography trends and impact on ASML strategy. Represent ASML at key local technical conferences. Support Marcom e.g. trade shows, local press, magazine articles, etc. Promote ASML image.

·Around 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, Specialization in Optics a plus
·Bachelor degree in an engineering field, or Physical Science or equivalent business experience. Specialization in Optics is a plus.
·More than 1 year of experience in lithography is a must
·Excellent communication (fluent in English and Japanese a must), presentation (PowerPoint), and inter-personal skills.
·Self-starter and able to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
