As Customer Support Staff you will provide customers with support services, develop and maintain customer relationship to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty, while meeting contract commitments within cost targets.

Job Content:

Serve as first point of contact for customer
Investigate and solve customer incidents
Register questions / suggestions
Maintains accurate records of discussions/correspondence with customers
Determines complexity of questions
Solves basic incidents
Liaises with internal departments

General Requirements would be:

Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Knowledge of accounting or book keeping would be preferable
Experience in IT Customer Support/Helpdesk are required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in a related field
Analytical skills
