Monitoring database performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing ways to optimize performance.
Development of new securities and security types as new products are released.
Maintenance of existing securities, and managing updates to security data.
Managing data backup and restores required for disaster recovery.
Working with development team to incorporate database changes required for release rollouts.
The provision of extremely high levels of availability for the production, demonstration and test systems.
Resolution of any problems in these systems in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring compliance with company security procedures.

3 or more years of DBA experience is essential using Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong experience analyzing database performance and query optimization.
Experience with transaction and merge replication.
