Provide timely marketing-related financial information and analysis to help facilitate the decision making of the Japan group, monitor strategy implementation and overall business performance
· Monitor Brand & Trade expenses, ensuring expenditure is in line with the authorized budget
· Evaluate the effectiveness of Brand & Trade expenditure to help the Brand & Trade managers allocate their resources effectively
· Maintain/update data on the financial systems regularly to provide financial information accurately and timely
· To monitor the Brand & Trade budgeting process, providing financial information and analysis

· Analytical skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software
· CPA or finance background is required
· Strong working experience in finance
· Proven ability to achieve business or financial contribution in her/his career
· Good communication and relationship-building skills
· High motivation and ambition
· High desire to achieve career development
