Company Description:
* This company is a luxury leisure firm

Responsibilities:
*Lead the regional IT and be responsible for coordinating local IT staff
*Align the regional IT with the company’s global strategy and business needs
*Be responsible for leading the installing and configuration of hardware and software
*Assist users with any technical problems and be responsible for assisting them in adapting to new processes
*Liaise with users and plan IT specifications around their requirements

Remuneration:
* 5 to 7 Million Yen, depending on skills and experience

Applicable Experience:
*Experience in implementing and maintaining servers, networks and other hardware
*Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service

Desired Characteristics:
*The ability to communicate using both business and technical language
*Fluent Japanese and some level of English is required

*A number of years in IT including solid project management experience
