They are now looking to appoint a Project Coordinator who has highly developed negotiation skills, can work with outsourcing vendors, and is fluent in English and Japanese. The key responsibilities will be -

- Negotiating with Department Stores on Space and Cost
- Work closely with the in-house Design Team
- Ability to communicate with external Construction Companies
