Join the motivated and experienced global team to support the Foreign Exchange Trading Platform for top-tier financial services customers. This is a client facing role with a strong emphasis on client services, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Other responsibilities include:

Respond to client queries via phone and e-mail
Train clients on system functionality across all product offerings
Monitor application and system events and notify clients of potential problems
Supporting customer installation, operation and maintenance of our products
Support Application Programming Interface (API) connections
Troubleshoot technical queries and issues and escalate according to guidelines

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Japanese/English languages) with experience in customer support. You will have strong traits in exercising sound judgment, prioritizing tasks, identifying potential problems, troubleshooting, fast-learner and have excellent communication skills. Technical skills in Windows, Networking, Firewall, FIX connectivity and/or Java. Financial industry experience preferred.
