Job Summary

The Digital Commercial Operations Coordinator/Manager will be part of a team responsible for implementing online advertising campaigns across a large network of well established sites. Daily responsibilities include:

· Trafficking interactive advertising campaigns for key accounts using Doubleclick’s DART for publishers application
· Acting as point of gathering creative assets for advertisements showcased on the company websites
· Ensure creative adheres to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting third party ads
· Making certain campaigns are running on schedule and optimally
· Interacting with clients, agencies, sales reps, site managers, production and development, and marketing teams
· Monitor and help correct any delivery or inventory issues

Key Capabilities
1. Technical/ Professional
 Experience with online ad serving (especially with D.A.R.T.) is a strong advantage
 Proven experience with interactive media and advertising
 Demonstrated excellent computer skills (especially with Microsoft’s Excel), interest in new digital media and technologies
 Japanese language capabilities (verbal and reading fluency)
