募集要項

This person on a daily basis works with our customers to help design and implement their web process and also train them on the product suite. A Technical Consultant helps companies move their business to the web.

Responsibilities:
- Training customers on the product suite
- Interact with clients
- Understand each customer’s Web development and production requirements
- Design and implement workflows to support customer business requirements
- Implement a Web production system utilizing the product suite
- Work in a team environment

スキル・資格

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; M.S. preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of technical consulting, software development, customer management.
- Experience in Unix/NT administration
- Experience in Web server configuration and architecture
- Experience in browsers, desktop web development tools
- Java, XML, CGI, HTML, and Perl programming
- Experience with Web Application Servers (e.g. Weblogic, ATG Dynamo, Broadvision, NAS, SiteServer)
- Database experience (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Application Development (e.g. ASP, scripting)
- Self motivated and capable of delivering proactive, credible, and responsive service to clients
- Ability to gather requirements, manage customer expectations, design and implement a project plan
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Native level Japanese & Business level English)
