このポジションはアカウンティングマネージャーに直属し、月次・四半期・年次報告準備のための財務機能の適宜、効率的な日常業務をサポートして頂きます。

業務内容：
- 書類のファイリング
- 月次銀行残高調整
- 月次決算のための売掛金勘定レポートの更新
- 現行を基本とした売掛金勘定バランスと現金回収の調整
- 顧客の支払条件の監視、売上のフォローアップと顧客別経常収支のレビュー
- 仕訳証憑の準備と総勘定元帳への月次売上の記録
- 営業部より発行される請求書のレビュー
- 会社間の会計月次調整
- 香港オフィスへの月次報告準備のサポート
- その他の会社よりアサインされる業務

必要条件：
- 英語（読み書き）TOEIC 600~700
- 香港オフィス（アジア地域のHQ）とのやり取り
- 日商簿記検定2級レベル
- SAP経験尚可
- チームワーク
- 小売業での経験尚可

They are rapidly expanding and currently in need of a Senior Accountant.

This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for assisting in daily operations of the finance function to prepare and report monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting on a timely and efficient manner

Duties include;
- Filing documents
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Updating A/R aging report for monthly closing
- Reconciling A/R balance to cash collection on-going basis
- Monitoring customer’ payment terms, following up with Sales and reviewing current balance by customer
- Prepare Journal voucher and record the monthly sales to G/L
- Review invoices issued by sales dep.
- Monthly reconciliations of the intercompany accounts
- Assist in preparing the monthly reporting to Hong Kong office
- Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time

Requirements;
- English (Reading & Writing) TOEIC 600~700
- Correspondence to Hong Kong office (HQ in Asia region)
- Nissho boki 2nd grade level
- SAP experience preferred
- Team-work oriented
- Retail background preferred
