General Description of the Position:
The primary responsibility is to co-work with Marketing Communications Manager to execute marketing tool development initiatives for our retail business. The role supports the firm’s message delivery and marketing tool delivery to the distributors, end-investors. The position helps ensure that the committed projects are executed effectively in Japan and Headquarters.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be an active player for the marketing tool development implementation process.

Expected Specific Roles:
1)Identify the marketing tool needs and opportunity to effectively deliver the message and information about a product structure itself, its positioning, implication of a product as well as the educational information to the distributors and investors.
2)Co-work with colleagues in Marketing and Product Management to produce marketing literature/presentation about products, educational message as well as capital markets, some of which are originally produced in English.

Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge in asset management business.
-Solid understanding of the portfolio management and capital market.
-Vendor management skill.
-Effective communication ability to work with people at the all levels within/outside.
-Self-motivated, enthusiastic.
-Cost management skill.

Required Skill Set/Competency/Job Knowledge/Experience:
1)Quantitative
-More than 2 years experience in the asset management industry (buy-side).
-More than 1 year experience in translation of capital market information and investment commentaries.
-Bilingual. Excellent oral and written communications skill both in English (TOEIC Score more than 850) and Japanese
-PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
