募集要項

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the Brand Marketing team..
Supervision of 2 Brand Managers.
Permanent analysis of market brand performance.
Continuous financial analysis of all the initiatives.
Develop and launch new significant ideas
Transform information into objectives and action plan (product, package, pricing, communication, promotion)
Recommends in teamwork development necessary to achieve better consumer satisfaction at lowest cost.
Coordinate follow-up of projects
Analyzes and improves the sales strategy and action plans
Manages suppliers advertising agency, promotion, research, design…
Analyzes results of decided actions and proposes modifications
In responsible for budget follow-up

Main mission
Based on deep knowledge of the Brand, the consumers, the market and the competition, recommend and implement a strategy and an action plan targeted to achieve the company and brand objectives in terms of volumes, share of market, net sales and profitability.

スキル・資格

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8-years experience as Senior Brand Manager or Brand Manager.
Native Japanese, Business Level English
Bachelor's Degree/MBA is preferred
