Project Manager / Leader

At our Japan office, you will be responsible for clients’ business innovation, solution architect, Develop project management and other all phases of supports for clients. As our Japan team is still growing and small, we are looking for self-motivated person be able to work individually and collaborate with overseas teams.

Duties:
- Analyze the purposes of clients’ business innovation and make proposals.
- Requirements Definition/Analysis. System architect management.
- Make plans for the structure of development teams, overseas engineer teams and overseas offices to work corporately and efficiently.
- Process management, Risk management for the development.
- ■お客様の現状把握から業務改革ソリューションの構築までを一貫してお任せします。
- ・業務改革の狙いの把握、提案書の作成
・要件定義・分析、システム設計のマネジメント
・開発チームの組織づくり、海外拠点・エンジニアとの連携の仕組みづくり
・開発の工程管理、課題・リスク管理
・カットオーバー、アフターフォロー

Requirements:
- Over 3 years experience for IT solution development.
- Business level English
- Experience for system development with EBS or other ERP solutions are good plus.
- Experience for large scale of system development as being a leader or manager is preferable.
- Great communication skills.
- Location: Kojimachi, Tokyo
- Salary - 8M+

・ITソリューション開発(ジャンル問わず)のマネジメント経験(3年以上)
・ビジネスに使える程度の英語力

【優遇する経験】
・ITソリューション開発において、リーダー、マネジャーとしてかかわった経験（5年以上）
・大規模なシステム開発案件に携わった経験
・EBS（または他のERPソリューション）を利用したシステム開発経験
