Project Leader / Manager (Embedded software/Web Application development)
Duties:
JSP/Java/C/C++/C#/PHP/Perl
- Make teams with engineers in overseas to promote projects.
- Consult clients to normalize their software development.
- Estimate project’s cost, budget management, process management, client negotiation.
- ■世界各拠点のエンジニアたちとチームを編成し、プロジェクトを進めていただきます。
- ・世界各拠点のエンジニアとのプロジェクトチームの編成、プロジェクトの運営全般
・顧客のソフトウエア開発を標準化するためのコンサルティング
・プロジェクトの見積もり、予算管理、進捗管理、顧客折衝
・顧客企業での、プロジェクトマネジメント手法についてのトレーニングの企画・実施

- Requirements:
- Business level of English to communicate with overseas team members. (training will be provided)
- Experience for project management. (any product is fine)
- Experience for project management to involve with all phases from interviews to follow-up with after the products released.
- Salary: 8M+
- Location: Tokyo

・英語力 ※海外拠点のエンジニアとプロジェクトチームを組みますので、日常的に必要です。また、現在多少不安があっても入社後にトレーニングを行っていただきます。
