Our client is a leader and pioneer in enabling digital multimedia on PCs and CEs. The company develops a range of award-winning digital media creation, playback, sharing, and enjoyment applications for home and business PC users worldwide. The company`s business partners include leaders in the IT industry: drive manufacturers, graphics card makers, and top-5 desktop and notebook brands.

This position will be responsible for managing and supporting sales on all aspects of the technical relationship for one or more key Tier 1 accounts, plus a larger number of Tier 2 accounts. The role demands high levels of customer interaction.

· Strong technical customer support background in PC multimedia technologies
· Knowledge of audiovisual solutions - H.264, Mpeg
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to interact professionally and personally at all levels of the customer organization
· Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
· Business level English ability
· Educated to bachelors degree level
