1. Support the development of parts for automotive industry, understanding customers’ requirements and procedures
2. Support the negotiation of testing programs and testing parts delivery schedule
3. Act as a window person for Quality Assurance procedures visiting clients in Japan and Korea regularly
4. Act as a window person for quality issues at plant, after production launch
