· To assist in the setup of a Derivatives Middle Office newly established which involves functions transferred from Singapore
· To assist with the management of a team of three to six staffs in Derivatives Processing for the Swap businesses arranged in BCJL
· To establish a solid procedure and control over derivatives processing in conjunction with the Swap Trade Support team
· To liaise with London and Singapore counterparts on a regular basis to exchange information and to seek guidance for a globally aligned process
· To administer tasks required for regulatory reporting as required
·Regular reporting to local Manager

· Degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience as an exotic product controller
· Strong Math skills, good with numbers, strong analytical skills
· Market oriented. - Exotic knowledge required
· Basic product knowledge of Financial Instruments, mainly securities
· Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), good use of analytics library and excel functions
· Sound awareness of corporate and regulatory policies, and the ability to apply appropriate control measures
· A good team-player
· Self-starter and motivator
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Consistently reliable performance delivery
· Strong solution-driven analytical skills Person of integrity and trust
· Fluent Japanese and Business English, both written and spoken
