CLIENT: Major foreign financial institution with global presence.

Title Financial Planning Manager

Reports to Head of Finance


Key goals are:

- Provide effective support to Revenue management -
- Develop and implement a full suite of Reporting for Financials (Billing, Volumes, Client Projects, Cash analysis etc).
- Develop a robust implementation of the Price Card.
- Provide support for Scope expansion, and provide analytical for business cases and other investments as required.

- Timely and accurate information budgets, Long range plans, helps in the preparation of quarterly reviews, budget, LRP and strategic presentations
- Implementation and follow-up of the adequate action plan.
- Defines and sets up instruments to detect and measure risks and to measure performance, Sets up budgetary follow ups, corrective actions and inform to management on main discrepancies
- Establish of local management Reporting Package on a monthly basis
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliation
- Coordinating the timely submission of monthly forecast
- Providing variance analysis

Skills required for the position:

- Technical & professional skills
- Excellent knowledge of budgetary procedures and management control rules,
- Background in Finance concepts, techniques & tools
- Strong analytical skills

- Inter-personal skills:
- Capacity to influence others and manage conflicts while creating a climate encouraging the change
- Coordinate, negotiate and persuade others in an international context
- Ability to advise and inform non-financial team
- Real aptitude for working in a multicultural and global environment with different time zones.
- Assertive & persuasive
- Autonomous & able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Profile

- More than 5 years experience of financial planning & analysis (Project accounting, budgeting, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and analyze, investigate, resolve issues cross-functionally
- Experience of Project Accounting, Plus
- Excellent knowledge of Office automation tools, Plus
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with strong Excel skills
- Japanese/ English language capability
