Responsibilities for this position would involve monitoring the outsourced helpdesk and evaluating quality in order to provide excellent technical support to the companies clients. This would require close contact with the outsource vendor based in the USA. Therefore an English ability of a Business Level or above is required.

The candidate would also be responsible for supporting and coordinating various technical projects that require efficient communication with internal IT and vendors.

Other responsibilities include support Business Continuity and running the Emergency Contact Centre through close communication with the outsourcing vendor. Advising business units on technical solutions a preparing and maintaining the IT operational manuals and information security guidelines and policy.

Technically the client is looking for a good understanding and knowledge of desktop, server, network and applications
Experience in Asset Management is preferable
The position needs the candidate to have a strong customer service ethic and the ability to develop a positive rapport with customers, therefore previous experience on a Helpdek is necessary.
