・ Prepare and coordinate legally required disclosure materials for Investment Trust
(Prospectus, Trust Deed, Security Registration Report, Investment Management Report, etc)
・ As required, support other disclosure and reporting needs for the fund business (including VA/DC etc. as well as public Investment Trusts)
・ Participate in business planning and implementation as appropriate
・ Conduct necessary communication and coordination with clients and CG associates in other departments as appropriate for preparing materials, including ITM marketing, ITM operations, legal and compliance
・ Manage and communicate with outside service providers such as printing companies

・ 4 years college degree
・ Strong coordination and teamwork skills
・ Detailed knowledge on relevant laws and rules
・ Attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure
・ Individual initiative
・ Strong analytical and communication skill
・ Sufficient English to converse with colleagues on work related issues, but need not be fluent
・ PC skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・ At least 5 years of experience of creating Security Registration Report, Prospectus, Trust Deed and Investment Management Report at major asset management firm in Japan
・ Experience of EDINET filings
・ Experience of dealing with Kanto Legal & Financial Affairs Bureau and other relevant authorities
