Responsiilities:

·Oversees the development of marketing plans and programs, marketing material, lead generation programs for the Japanese market in order to build the brand of the company, promote the sale of company products and further the company’s sales objectives.
·Act as extended member of the world wide marketing team to plan and execute marketing communications programs in the region. Represents corporate marketing activities and initiatives to the region and participates on staff of region GM.
·Ensures corporate brand guidelines are effectively implemented in the region.
·Directs internal creative services and external vendors to produce Japanese promotional material and demo.
·Directs the PR activity in Japan.
·Ensures that all marketing communications programs have effectiveness measures that are reported and used to allocate marketing communications resources.
·Manages the budget for Japanese marketing
