Main Responsibilities: Assistant for Relationship Manager
Overall
・ Communication with clients over phone
・ Forwarding client queries promptly to other department, and manage due date
・ Scheduling Relationship Manager visits/meeting with clients
・ Internal meeting arrangement for Relationship Manager
・ Business trip arrangement for Relationship Manager
・ Sending regular reports to clients
・ iCon input and utilization
・ Preparing, printing and checking materials
Others
・ arrange seminars
・ support for visitors from overseas
・ expense claims for Relationship Manager
・ filing documents

・ 3 years as assistant in marketing department
・ Communication skills in oral and written base
・ PC skills （Word, Excel, PDF, Power-point）
・ Can communicate Business English
・ Flexibility to handle various business tasks
