募集要項

Future management program in one of top luxury brand companies in the world.

For sustaining on-going development in the respective market, this program was launched. The purpose of this program is to build high performing managers and develop them for leadership and general management positions.

Major expectation for candidate is as follows
1. An MBA or equivalent
2. age between late 20’s to mid 30’s
3. Solid experience in retail or B to C experience
4. Culturally and linguistically competent
5. Interest and appreciation, flair of the luxury business
6. Excellent Management Skill
7. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
8. Sprits of innovation and creativity

Work Type: Full-time
Salary: More than 10M JPY
