
Responsibilities:
· Capable of generating new sales opportunities by creating value propositions for prospects - delivering firm-wide resources and relationship
· Cross-sell in coordination with other firm sales staff
· Support the entire prime brokerage sales process. This includes RFP responses and proposals, internal KYC, Credit, Risk processes, determining and recommending strategic building opportunities and pricing strategies
· Coordinate client and prospect calling program and any responses to questions, conference calls and meetings before and after client meetings
· Support, and lead if necessary, the creation of client presentations
· Continue to work closely, once a mandate is received, with Transition Manager, Credit, Risk, Legal to turn mandate in to new business as quickly as possible
· Support and participate if necessary on-going client service and relationship management
· Participate in appropriate conferences and industry events to establish social relationships with key decision makers and promote our client’s prime brokerage office and develop industry

· Knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Secured Financing, Hedge Fund Industry, and Operations areas
· Superior organizational ability
· JSDA Series 1 Registration
· Analytical skills with good attention to detail
· Strategic focus and commitment to teamwork
· Bilingual or near bilingual Japanese/English level
