This position is to serve as a member of the Trade/Portfolio Compliance team and verify trades to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities also include performing periodical compliance checks of account holdings versus client guidelines.


-Interact with Account and Portfolio Management as well as the Legal Department on regulatory and guideline issues

-Verify trades to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulations at time of trade

-Perform periodical compliance checks of account holdings versus client guidelines

Candidate is required to have

-Excellent English/Japanese communication skills both in written and oral

-At least, 1-2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably at an asset management firm

-Experience checking trades against investment guidelines is preferable

-Basic knowledge of financial products

-Bond/Derivatives is preferable

-Capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines under pressure

-Possess strong problem solving ability

-Team player who has a proactive attitude

-Good PC skills: MS Word, Excel

-This job requires native Japanese language and excellent English skills
