This global consultancy business focuses on providing high-quality construction consultancy, programme and project management, cost management and management consultancy services across six continents from a network of 53 offices. Working with a Major car Manufacturer to roll out the specialist retail stores across Japan they are now looking for an Associate Director Project Manager to join and help run the programme.

Your primary focus will be directing a multidiscipline team to ensure a consistent and coherent interpretation and execution of program standards, and to balance the demands of the clients corporate offices. As the Team Leader you will also play a vital part in providing the business with strategic direction, decisions and future planning to enable the successful delivery of the program roll out.

In this highly important position your key responsibilities will be -

-Responsibility to the Client for providing a motivated team that can manage the delivery of the program and integrate prime trade marked elements to the works
-Provide advice to drive the strategic direction of the program to enable the meeting of the clients Business goals
-Ensuring regional resource is a fully integrated single team
-Receiving and disseminating design & program management matters
-Ensuring consistent & coherent interpretation of design & compliance rules
-Capturing, communicating and sharing site specific applications
-Recording planned and actual regional resource work plans
-Reviewing regional workload

Reporting directly to the Country Manager in Shanghai and working within a driven environment, experience in programme management and the Auto-retail sector would see you have a massive advantage in gaining this position.
