Responsible for general duties include drafting and reviewing ISDA based OTC confirmations.

General Duties / Tasks

- Draft and review ISDA based OTC confirmations (mainly Equity Derivatives)

- Negotiate confirmations with counterparties

- Obtain desk sign-offs on confirmations

- Track and report statuses of confirmations

Qualifications and experience
- At least 5 years experience on equity derivatives or fixed income ISDA documentation
- Knowledge of equity or fixed income derivatives
- MS Excel and word skills
- Flexibility in learning and accepting new tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and excellent attention to details
