The Marketing Manager owns a team with 3-4 people, with different levels (Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers). The Marketing Manager is expected to become Japan Marketing Director in 1.5-3 years. As for the Brand Manager, he/she will collaborate with multi functional members as Project Leader, and is expected to become Category Manager in 1-2 years.

- More than 7 years of marketing experience (3 years of marketing experience for Brand Manager) in FMCG sector, with expertise in multiple marketing activities, especially TVCM, Media, In-store, and Consumer promotions
-Strong understanding in sales
-Good command of English
-Leaership as project leader
