
The successful candidate is to combine strong leadership with a hands-on approach to developing and furthering offline direct marketing best practices. This person will define and execute the relevant direct marketing acquisition campaigns in order to achieve the customer and funds objectives. This Senior Manager will manage the activation pipeline process and continuously try to improve the activation ratios of each phase. This person will create, in a cost-efficient manner, all fulfillment material which delivers on the company’s brand objectives. This Senior Manager will develop the customer communications strategy and retention plan to develop brand loyalty and increase the share of wallet.
(Must-Haves)
1) Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct marketing, or minimum 2 years’ experience in direct marketing plus minimum 3 years’ experience in traditional marketing, with a consumer services or consumer product brand.
2) Minimum of 2 years of customer acquisition expertise through direct response campaigns
3) In-depth knowledge of CRM, database analysis, and testing
4) Experience in dealing with directors of agencies, fulfillment houses, and printing companies
5) Strong English and Japanese skills (both written and verbal)

7) Strong project management skills
8) Experience in a start-up environment
