- English skills
- Level 1 Electrical Construction Managing Engineer (Ikkyu Denki Koji Shiko Kanrigishi),or
- Professional Engineer (Gijutsu-shi), a qualification in one of the following technical disciplines: Construction, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Comprehensive Technical Management

- ideally exposure to ISO and other compliance issues.

more than 5 years experience in electrical industry in a technical position and some sort of technical qualification will also acceptable.

· Ensure companywide and operational compliance with Japanese law in relation to quality safety and environment (QSE)
· Working with QSE departments in Australia and Singapore to ensure company standard QSE programs and initiatives are properly implemented
· Effective review of operations from safety and regulatory aspects.
· Network effectively within the internal organization to proper program implementation
· Monitor, manage and report QSE management issues to all relevant parties.

Personal Qualifications:
· Demonstrable experience in management of major infrastructure service delivery projects.
· License of Level 1 Construction Managing Engineer (Ikkyu Koji Shiko Kanrigishi), or equivalent Professional Engineer (Gijutsu-shi) in addition to a university degree in engineering.
· Proven experience in similar role in related industry (construction, utility).
· Advanced organisational resourcing and planning skills.
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Exposure to SAP favourably considered.
· Exposure to SixSigma or Reliability Engineering principles advantageous.
