募集要項

- Ensure system stability is maintained in the production environment.

- Ensure quality support is provided to the business users in Front Office, Middle Office, Controlling, and Operations.

- Ensure user expectations are managed on system development, support, and maintenance

- Assist in providing system solutions in line with global strategies.

- Assist in analysing business processes and mapping them into the system solutions.

- Assist in managing local and/or regional in application deployment and ad hoc (small) development.

スキル・資格

Qualifications:-

College degree in IT related field

Experience:-

- 2-3 years in supporting business users
- 2-3 years in finance firm

Skills:-

- Have the right attitude and mindset in supporting business users.

- Unix (Solaris, Linux), Java, SQL, and scripts skillset for application development and maintenance

- Japanese and English language proficiency (Business Level Min.)

- Self-starter and quick learner

- Strong communication skills / Team player

- Fixed Income and Derivatives product knowledge, especially in pricing and risk management

- Familiarity with Derivatives applications such as Summit

- Familiarity with electronic trading systems

- Microsoft Excel skills

- Project management skills
