Improve operations processes and motivate team to realize productivity goals.

Develop and implement plans to improve operations and people.

Manage a staff of 160+ production employees.

Assess and improve automation tools.

The Senior Production Manager will ensure standard work practices are done by the operation teams.

8 years of successful production process experience.

Strong labor management experience.

English skills at the conversational level.

Ability to motivate and influence team members.

Safety training and implementation experience.
