Front Office Support Analyst - Hong Kong


The Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for the management of the company’s technology infrastructure, the support and development of existing business systems, and the delivery and deployment of new systems, technologies and services.

We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Front Office Account team which supports the Investment Banking Group in Asia. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

* upgrade and enhancement of trading and market connectivity systems including all stages of the project lifecycle
* providing day-to-day administration and support services to key front office trading and other systems
* execution of System, Integration and Regression Tests.

To be successful in this role, you will be:

* self-motivated, and able work well both independently and as part of a regional team
* able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management skills


Ideally, you will have:

* RoyalBlue Fidessa & Multi-Market access experience would be desirable
* experience in both front and back office financial services technology including order management / trading systems, back office platforms, etc.
* an understanding or direct experience with the FIX protocol
* experience with working with vendor packages
* excellent attention to detail and a strong quality focus
* a strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT impact upon the business.
