The Assistant IT Manager will develop flow charts of how to improve IT system processes after they have analyzed and gained an understanding of the current IT processes. The IT Assistant Manager should have experience supporting an ERP implementation - i.e. phase 1, phase 2, etc. (including working with IT vendors). Designing IT systems process flow is critical to this position. Database and ERP experience is a high priority along with Application experience. The Network and Server experience is less important. The IT Assistant Manager will perform duties to support the help desk and operations occasionally.

Primary Duties;

Design IT system process.

Will support software, operating systems and servers made by Microsoft.

Will support network equipment made by Cisco.

Will work closely with US global IT team to ensure technology alignment.

Candidates from IT companies should have job titles such as IT Sales, IT Business Solutions Consultant, IT Analyst or IT Field Engineer.

Candidates currently performing IT functions for a manufacturing company are preferred.

Candidates should have experience supporting IT business processes for projects supporting Finance, Procurement, Sales, HR and Production.

8 years of successful IT experience.

Strong project management experience.

English skills for verbal and written communications.

Knowledge of Microsoft software, operating systems and servers

Knowledge of Cisco network equipment.
