世界的大手財務サービスグループにて、資産運用コンプライアンスオフィサーのご経験がある意欲的な方を募集しております。資産運用部門のコンプライアンス全般の実施および管理、信託証書、目論見書に関する法務文書のレビューにおける監督をお任せいたします。
◆コンプライアンス部長のサポート、長期計画および戦略計画の作成を通してのチーム発展への貢献
◆規制の変更を把握することで理念や手順に確実に反映し、スタッフや管理職に伝達
◆グローバル資産運用コンプライアンスグループと連携し、コンプライアンス部長をサポートし、グローバルプロジェクトや他の地域のベストプラクティス、海外のコンプライアンスに関する事項についての把握
◆規制機関と積極的でプロフェッショナルな関係を維持
◆規制のファイリングの実施、および非財務規制ファイリングに関するアドバイスの提供
◆マーケティング材料やコンプライアンス情報伝達のための文書のレビュー
◆商品に関する法務文書のレビュー（信託証書、SRS、目論見書など）
◆投資チームおよびガイドラインモニタリングチームと密接に連携し、顧客のガイドラインやベストプラクティスの標準解釈における支援
◆潜在的なリスクの継続的な特定およびプログラムの効率性の検証を通しての、すぐれたコンプライアンスプログラムの整備

One of the world’s largest financial services groups is seeking an experienced and motivated asset management compliance professional to implement and oversee the overall Compliance profile of the Asset Management division, as well as supervising the review of legal documents related to trust deeds and prospectuses.
◆Support head of compliance and develop a team through long-term vision and strategic planning
◆Keep up to date with regulatory changes and ensure they are reflected in policies and procedures, and communicated to colleagues and management
◆Support head of compliance in working with the global asset management compliance group to stay informed of global initiatives, best practices in other regions, and cross-border compliance concerns
◆Maintain an active and professional working relationship with regulators
◆Provide regulatory filing and advice on non-financial regulatory filing
◆Review marketing materials and other documents requiring compliance input
◆Review product-related legal documents (e.g. trust deeds, SRS, prospectus)
◆Work closely with the investment team and the Guideline Monitoring team to assist with interpretation of client guidelines and best practice standards
◆Maintain a strong compliance program through consistent identification of potential risks and ongoing testing of the program’s effectiveness
◆Other roles and tasks as assigned.
