-Will be responsible for all accounting aspects of their assigned SPC’s (Special Purpose Companies specifically for investment in real estate) in their charge.
-Includes preparing full financial statements, tax provision preparation and payment, cash management, corresponding with asset managers, lenders, trust managers and investors regarding various issues, corresponding with external auditors relating to audit issues.

-Must have University degree from a quality University.
