・Over 15 years of experience in information system related business
・Experience managing team 100+ people, strong leadership skill,
strong PM
・Experience in global level information system related business in
a global environment
・Experience of managing for multiple large scale projects
・Experience of high level vendor management in an environment of
working with multiple vendors
・Relationship with high level vendors both in Japan and the global
level
・Comprehensive knowledge of IT governance and technologies
・Communication skills both English and Japanese in order to keep a
good relationship with group and senior managements in user
departments as well as making adjustments and negotiate them
・English communication skills and presentation skills
・Knowledge and experience of IT project accounting/business
investment accounting and finance
・Business knowledge of the finance/insurance industry
