You are a confident fashion professional who wants to work with the fashion trend setters in Japan. ・ In your role as a CRM manager, you would be responsible for analyzing marketing trends and customer needs. Based on that, you would be developing best communication with segmented customers and thus contributing to improving the frequency of customer’s visit to the company’s stores
・ You will be working closely with the sales promotion team, helping them summarize effective marketing plans to lead sales
・ You will develop and maintain an effective data base to keep good customer relationships


Requirements
・ At least 5 years experience as a CRM specialist, as part of a fashion brand company
・ Good spoken English.
・ Strong communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels
・ Excellent analytical skills
