This subsidiary of a French multinational company is looking for a new Director of Marketing. You will lead and supervise the activities of the Marketing Department with the goal of doubling current sales in the next four years. You will accomplish this goal by:

+ Manage a team of five Product Managers and two support staff

+ Develop a Value Proposition for the overall product line and market segments

+ Maintaining interactions with the Global HQ in France and the sales team in Japan

+ Adapt Global Marketing message for the needs of the local market

+ Provide sales force with practical tools that will generate awareness and interest in company product line

+ Evaluate effectiveness of current marketing organization and implement improvements where needed

+ Marketing Management experience in the Medical Device or Diagnostic Equipment industries

+ Team building skills to insure success when working in cross-functional environment

+ Ability to use medical professional insights to achieve new sources of competitive advantage

+ TOEIC >600

+ Willingness to periodically travel to Global HQ in France
