Support the Japan CEO in setting the Company’s goals, within the Firm’s overall strategic plan, and executing the business plan efficiently and effectively
Reporting Lines:
· To Japan CEO and matrix to Regional COO
· Member of Japan Executive Committee
Chief Operating Officer to take care of :
Finance,HR, Compliance, Facility Management, IT.

-Undergraduate degree or above
-Eight + years of relevant experience
-Work experience at people based service company (investment services financial institution preferred)
- Strong finance background with accounting knowledge is a plus.
-Strategic thinker, ability to put together strategic plans, project manage, and deliver on commitments
-Analytical skills, ability to interpret data and identify issues/opportunities
-Strong interpersonal communication, presentation skills
-Ability to effectively influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
-Good listener
-Japanese native speaker required with fluent English ability
