As much of the standardized equity and credit derivatives work will be covered by ISDA/ CSA qualified paralegals and the Documentation Group, much of your role will involve more complicated legal work. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, you will provide legal advice and coverage for both equity and credit derivative products.
Qualified lawyer
Native-level English (up to 80% of documentation will be in English)
Credit derivatives/ Equity derivatives knowledge
Ability to build and nurture relationships with coworkers both in the team and across the firm
