仕事内容/Contents of the Job To establish a new Corporate Real Estate team to support the growth of the Bank and to run multiple large scale capital projects with proper in-house / outsourcing support mix.
募集の背景/Reason of Hiring. The company is expanding into retail banking business so we need candidates with retail branch knowledge. Moreover, we want to set up an Operation Centre to support our business expansion and for BCP purpose. After the Operation Centre has been established, there will be a major restacking exercise in at our head-quarters in Japan aiming to improve the workplace environment and to accomodate staff which will return from our other office. Strong drive, commit to deadlines, good interpersonal skills

●Good knowledge of the Japan real estate market
●Experience in running large scale corporate real estate projects
●Experience in managing and working with corporate real estate outsourcing agencies
●Experience in property leasing and rental, and identifying good locations for new office and retail outlets
英語力/English 上級：　Fluent、ビジネスで使用経験あり
