PLM(構想、設計、製造準備、生産、アフターサービス)に関連する実業務知識を持ち、プロジェクトマネジャー、あるいはサブプロジェクトマネージャとして、業務プロセス改革やアプリケーション導入のコンサルテーションや、適用業務アプリケーション開発プロジェクトを遂行していただきます。

-Have a skill about PLM area(Concept, Design, product preparation,production, service after sales).
-Analysis customer job process and define new process, system,organization.
-Carry out projects as a project manager or a team leader and complete projects successfully with customer satisfaction.

ーお客様の話を傾聴し、お客様が話している内容を正確に理解できる。
ーお客様のご要望に対して、お客様の立場に立って考えることができ、お客様にとって有益な解決策をご提示できる。
ー３Dデータを使用した設計/生産に関する業務知識を持っている。
ー製品情報!理に関するスキルを持っている。
ー設計変更業務について理解している。
ー製造業のお客様に対して、コンサルテーション、あるいはシステムインテグレーションを行った経験がある。
ーチームメンバーをリードし、プロジェクトを健全に遂行することができる。
ー3Dツール(CATIA,Delmia<Tecnomatix)に関する知識を持っていることが望ましい。
ー自動車設計、あるいは、自動車製造業務に関する知識を持っていることが望ましい。


-Be able to listen to and understand what customers say and request.
-Be able to think problems of customer from customer point of view and show best solution for customer.
-Understand the process of production development and manufacturing.
-Have skill about 3D model tool for product design and manufacturing.
-Understand how to manage the information of products.
-Understand the process of engineering change of product.
-Experiences of consulting or system application implementation.
-Lead team member to achieve the goal of project successfully.
-Knowledge about 3D tool(CATIA,Delmia,Technomatix) is plus.
-Knowledge about automobile design or manufacturing is plus.
